About NJ HEROES Program
I am very excited and humbled to introduce the NJ Heroes Program.
As a real estate professional for more than 40 years, I have taken my experience from those years, with the inspiration of the originators of this program, to do my best to help those that most deserve my service for them as they buy or sell real estate.
It is my hope that with this and all the sponsors and contributors, that we are able to have an impact, no matter what size.

About David Fanale
David Fanale has been in the real estate business since graduating from Rutgers College in 1979. The skills of his business were learned literally from the ground up as a laborer, gopher and handy man on construction sites. He did everything no one else would. It is fitting here that he does something like this to help.
I worked for my father, a dentist, who loved investing in real estate. I did it all from what is stated above to being a superintendent of apartment buildings to designing large commercial projects and building a lot of houses.
As the youngest of 8 kids, I knew I had to get things done. I learned this all through hard work and repetition of sorts and never giving up. I had older brothers and sisters to look up to and hard working parents. As I grew up, through my 20’s and 30’s, I have seen the dedication of the many types of people this site will hopefully support. Through the 90’s to the present time, I have become more aware of how dear life is and how dear these heroes are to me and the rest of society.
After meeting Annmarie and Jennifer some years ago and seeing their site, NYHeroesProgram.com, I had to do this. I knew it at that time, but never allowed myself to take the time to get it done. Having sold my business in 2017, I was able to actually take the time and commitment to get this done.
I can only hope that my efforts will help one or another to help many heroes. All I want to do is help people. If I can help one person with this site, than the time, effort and money is worth it. Please let me know what else I can do to help. Also let me know if this did help.

Our Mission
It’s giving to those that protect us. It’s paying it forward so that these great Americans can go forward. It’s giving back to our communities for and to those that educate, nurse and protect us so that not do they only know they are appreciated but feel the warmth our society has for them.
These individuals and their families have chosen a path to better the world. This program and all of its sponsors and supporters want to better their world.
Each of the participating sponsors in the program have made their services or products available for these heroes at special pricing or cost.
